We meet with you to gain insight into your core brand values so that we can fully consider and tailor our design scheme to align with your vision.
It is essential we collaborate with you to understand your target market; the potential buyers and their lifestyle, taking into consideration the site location so that we can give you a truly aspirational show home.
We ask for detailed drawings and plans to ensure everything that we supply is meticulously scaled to size.
It is also at this stage we discuss the project budget and timescales to ensure we specify items that are available within your deadline. We will then develop a full design scheme, comprising mood boards, furniture layout plan with comprehensive samples of furniture, lighting, upholstery, soft furnishings, artwork, mirrors, table lamps and accessories. You can touch and feel the fabrics and materials.
From our discussions during the design concept meeting, we then fine tune the scheme making any necessary alterations to ensure it fulfils the brief and your expectations.
Interior Design
Supply & Installation Service
We provide a comprehensive design, procurement & installation work for your interiors, delivering the optimal result for each living space. Once we get to know your preferences, taste and style we will interpret and create a detailed mood board which will illustrate our proposed design scheme, complete with samples of fabrics & wall coverings and any furniture finishes we intend to use in your design.
It is at this stage we discuss and agree with you any alterations or additions you may wish to add, once we reach the final design stage, we will present to you; final boards, a fully detailed inventory, furniture plan – showing you exactly where we have positioned all selected items, and provide you with a full supply & install final quotation.
We will ensure a seamless installation to your existing or new property. Your dedicated team will be present, paying attention to every detail and finally unveiling your new lifestyle to you!
